ACT Math and Science Immersion Class

In order to help students with Math and Science studies, Complete Learning Academy decided to run a  ACT Math and Science immersion class for the summer of 2017 at a greatly discounted price. ACT Math and Science covers broad number of topics that will help students with various math and science subjects.

ACT Math Content: Mostly what is covered in standard Algebra II and Geometry textbooks , but will have small number of questions from Pre-Algebra to PreCalculus, and occasionally from AP Statistics. (Try the following link for more information: https://uniontestprep.com/act/study-guide/mathematics/pages/1 )

ACT Science Content:  The test is about basic knowledge, understanding, and practical use of introductory biology, physics, chemistry, environmental science, earth science, astronomy, and engineering. There will be at least one question that involves very advanced concepts like particle physics, nuclear engineering, electrical engineering, genetics and biochemistry.
(Try following link for more information:  https://uniontestprep.com/act/study-guide/science/pages/1
The above link contains a claim that “doing well on this section requires very little scientific background knowledge” which is not correct. There will be at least one question in each sub-section of the science test that students will be able to solve much quicker with better odds of being correct if the student possess the related scientific knowledge. )

Duration : June 19th to August 29th, 2017

                      MTWThF 10:15 – 11:15 am – ACT Science
